  1. Instant & Express Delivery Access — Access Instant and Express Delivery options. Limits may apply.
  2. Free Express Delivery — $0 surcharge on Express Delivery for Essentials subscribers.
  3. Free Number Renewals — Essentials subscribers receive up to 10 free number renewals per month. Unused renewals do not roll over.
  4. Instant Replacements — Get an instant replacement for an ineligible number using our automated replacement wizard.
  5. Sub-Users — The Free plan includes 1 sub-user who can request orders for you to approve. Essentials includes 3 sub-users and Max includes 10, and you choose what each one can do. On Essentials and Max, you can add more sub-users for $2.50 per month each, up to 10 sub-users in total on Essentials and 25 on Max.
  6. Numbers Never Expire — Max subscribers’ numbers remain active and do not expire as long as the Max subscription remains active. Limits may apply.
  7. Free Instant Delivery Credits — Max subscribers receive 5 free Instant Delivery credits per month. Unused credits do not roll over.
  8. Custom PIN Numbers — Availability varies by carrier.
  9. Custom Account Numbers — Availability varies by carrier.
